Therapy sessions are In-person in Central London near Tottenham Court Road or Online.

Fees: On application. There are some concessionary fees available if in financial need.

Accreditation: As a registered member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) I work within their ethical framework, which is governed by confidentiality and data protection guidelines.

As an Integrative Psychotherapist my approach draws on Humanistic, Psychodynamic and Transpersonal principles among others, dependant on your needs as a client.

I hold a Diploma in Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapy (CCPE) with a UKCP Level 7 accreditation. and provide a warm and safe space where we can work through any questions, issues or anxieties you may be holding, past or present.

Areas of support include: Anxiety and depression, bereavement, relationships, family dynamics, addiction, childhood trauma, PTSD and sexual trauma. I have experience working with complex trauma. Other reasons for engaging with therapy might be when you are going through change or facing hard decisions; work related issues and life goals, or existential questions you may have.

My background in the visual arts brings an understanding of the creative process and I have worked with numerous clients from varying creative spheres. I can also support and hold space with the integration process after psychedelic experiences.

In the therapy space I sometimes offer creative imagination techniques like visualisation, exploring dreams and sand tray work. These can open up pathways to go beyond the analytical mind to reveal unconscious processes, which by bringing into view can be better understood and often transmuted. I can provide a safe approach to somatic exploration working with recall in the body using Embodied Psychotherapy or use mindfulness and breathwork if these are things you wish to explore.

Get in touch to arrange an introductory call or a free 20 minute zoom appointment where we can discuss in confidence what you need from therapy and how it might be helpful.
